What is a Method Statement
General Duties of Employer under The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 Part 2, Chapter 1, Section 8, state that the employer has a duty to provide systems of work that are planned, organised, performed, maintained and revised as appropriate so as to be, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risk to health.
Why do you need a Method Statement?
